These terms apply to all customers and visitors, including those purchasing handmade fishing tackle, custom stickers, and related products or services.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products and services.

RARE Lures specializes in fishing tackle, including handmade fishing rigs, lures, soft plastics, and related fishing accessories.

RARE Sticker Co. offers custom stickers, personalized designs, and related printing services.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and availability.

However, slight variations in colour, appearance, dimensions, or finish may occur due to handmade production, manufacturing processes, photography, and differences between electronic displays.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs, colours, or services at any time, subject to any existing orders and applicable law.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or customer invoice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed or communicated before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for, except where otherwise agreed or permitted by law.

Orders must be paid for using an accepted payment method.

For custom sticker orders, payment must be received and final artwork approved before production begins.

If a pricing or product listing error occurs, we will contact affected customers to discuss an appropriate correction or cancellation, including a refund where required.

4. Order Acceptance and Availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee that a product will be available.

We may contact customers if an item is unavailable, if additional information is needed, or if there is an issue with an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory shortages, or requests that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will provide an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

5. Handmade Fishing Products

Many RARE Lures products are handmade, assembled, or customized.

Minor differences between individual products may occur.

Customers are responsible for selecting fishing products appropriate for their intended fishing methods, equipment, and conditions.

Fishing success is not guaranteed. Product performance may vary depending on factors such as water conditions, fishing technique, equipment, species, and proper use.

Customers should inspect fishing tackle before each use and discontinue use of any damaged or worn components.

Fishing tackle may contain sharp hooks, small parts, and other components that require careful handling.

Products must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable fishing regulations.

6. Custom Sticker Orders

RARE Sticker Co. produces custom sticker orders based on customer-selected sizes, quantities, artwork, and specifications.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information.

Processing times depend on order quantity, design complexity, payment, artwork approval, and current production demands.

We do not currently guarantee specific production or processing times.

We make reasonable efforts to complete orders as quickly as possible.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing their final artwork proof before approving production.

This includes checking:

• Spelling and wording

• Names and contact information

• Artwork placement and layout

• Sticker size and shape

• Colours and design elements

• Other requested specifications

Once the final artwork is approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

We are generally not responsible for customer-approved errors that have been accurately reproduced from the approved artwork.

If we make a production error or supply a defective product, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Colour Variations

Printed sticker colours may vary slightly from colours displayed on computer monitors, phones, and other electronic devices.

Minor variations caused by display settings, materials, and printing processes are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.

7. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Copyright

Customers submitting logos, photographs, illustrations, text, or other artwork for custom sticker production confirm that they own the artwork or have the necessary rights, permissions, or licences to authorize its use.

Customers must not knowingly submit material that infringes another person's intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.

By submitting artwork, customers grant RARE Sticker Co. a limited permission to use, reproduce, adjust, and prepare that artwork as reasonably necessary to fulfill the requested order.

Customers retain ownership of their original artwork and any intellectual property rights they hold in it.

We reserve the right to decline artwork requests that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for our services.

8. Shipping and Delivery

RARE Lures currently ships eligible fishing products within Canada and the United States.

RARE Sticker Co. custom sticker orders are currently available for delivery within Canada only.

United States custom sticker orders are not currently accepted or processed.

We are working toward expanding sticker shipping to the United States in the future.

Order processing and shipping times vary. We do not guarantee specific processing, dispatch, or delivery dates.

Shipping rates, destinations, tracking information, and other shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy governs eligible returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations.

Eligible unused, non-customized fishing products may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in that policy.

Custom-made fishing products, custom stickers, and completed design services are generally final sale for change-of-mind purposes.

Custom sticker cancellations depend on the stage of design and production.

These restrictions do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the RARE Lures name, RARE Sticker Co. branding, original website content, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and original designs are owned by us or used with permission.

Customers and website visitors may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially use our protected content without permission, except where allowed by law.

This section does not transfer ownership of customer-supplied artwork to us.

11. Website Use

Customers agree not to use our website or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with website security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or misuse our ordering and payment systems.

We may restrict access or refuse service where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, or website, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RARE Lures and RARE Sticker Co. are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from improper product use, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or unauthorized misuse of our website.

We do not guarantee fishing results or uninterrupted website availability.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection or other laws.
